For us, the admissions process is personal. We've gone through it successfully with our own children, and over the years have offered advice and support to other students with diverse interests, abilities, economic and social backgrounds. Our motivation for getting involved is somewhat selfish -- we really enjoy it! So, if you are seeking caring professionals with solid interpersonal, research, organization, and writing skills, you have come to the right place.
And just in case you're wondering, we don't just read about the schools we recommend, we consider visiting colleges and universities an on-going priority. Through campus experiences with admissions staff and students, we are able to offer families valuable first-hand perspectives of schools they may be considering.

Elizabeth Weber (Principal Consultant) has provided college counseling for students and parents over the last five years. In addition, she is an experienced educator, research librarian, writer, project manager and instructional designer. Ms. Weber holds a B.S. degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin, an M.L.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.S. in Communications and Television Broadcasting from Boston University.
Patricia Mitro (Associate) has had over 20 years of professional experience in higher education. Her areas of expertise include admissions, academic counseling, enrollment services and financial aid. Ms. Mitro has worked extensively with undergraduate and graduate students in both traditional and community college settings and has taught at the college level. She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Fordham University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Boston University.
